Shaq Motto - "Win a Ring for the King"

The Lakers had a motto. They won the NBA Finals. So, what's Shaq's new motto? "Win a Ring for the King." If you didn't already figure it out, this means that O'Neal is trying to win a championship for LeBron James. It's important to note that Shaq, however, realized that it's going to take a team, city, and organizational effort for Cleveland to win it's first championship since 1964. He jokingly said he's not there to demand 40 to 50 shots, but he would like 30.

Three things I learned from the media day:

1) Shaq's new nickname: The Big Freeze

2) Shaq was not tweeting.

3) Shaq was undercover.

First, he called himself an intelligent player and later went on to say that LeBron James and Tim Duncan are the most intelligent players in the NBA. He stated that he borrowed the line from Coach, Mike Brown.

Shaquille O'Neal believes there are "only 4 or 5 pretty good Centers in the league" today. He included himself in that list. O'Neal feels he still has a lot left despite missing 3 years worth of injuries in his career. After playing 17 seasons, if you do the math, as Shaq says, he still has 3 years left in the tank.
